Greetings! I'm Raven; Classical pilates instructor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker & holistic health advocate. Contrology is an art form, mental & physical therapy. Fitness should be intentional & enjoyable. My unique blend of cueing, rhythm & tempo creates a fun, challenging & empowering full body flow.

 

Pilates improves posture, strength, flexibility, balance & alignment through strength, stamina, stretch & stability exercises. There's lots of equipment to accommodate individual needs. I strive to help you create a routine that fits your lifestyle & personal goals. Special shoutout to the cheerleaders, dancers & performance artists out there!
